Section.31.com just uploaded the rare cut footage from the early cut of 'Star Trek Generations', including KIrk's skydiving scene, the scene in the Enterprise-B Bridge with Harriman, Chekov and Scotty after the ship has escape the Nexus, an extended, alternate version of the Enterprise-D's saucer crashing on Veridian III, and most important of all, the original ending in which Captain Kirk is shoot in the back by Doctor Soran, and then Picard shoots Soran. Plus the site has also uploaded a lot of alternate footage and cut scenes from this early cut, including extra and alternate scenes with Data and Crusher on the sailing ship and Kirk and Picard in the Nexus.

UPDATE 03/22 : The Generations footage is now available on freedrive.com. Each drive is limited to 50 MB, so the 200MB or so of the clips had to be spread across multiple drives.
