Voyager Ending Question

At the end of the series, was any extra footage shot that could be used in a DVD offering multiple endings?? I remember Jeri Ryan saying that they keep changing scripts and shooting different outcomes to keep even themselves guessing!!

Also, was any extra footage shot for after voyagers return to earth.

When I watched endgame part 2, it looks as though it was heavily edited to fit into the timeframe. This may have been unintentional as the editors 'supposedly' changed their mind on getting voyager home at the last minute

I thoroughly enjoyed Voyager over the seven seasons, and believe that the writers and actors did a tremendous job in the finale. ... and a special Thankyou to Kate for working overtime as Admiral

Questions about Voyager
By Up-Yours-England () at 14:46:14 on July 15

This question is for Lolita Fatjo, Kate Mulgrew, Tim Russ, Robert Duncan McNeill, Robert Picardo, or Ethan Phillips:

Since you were all on the Voyager show from the start until the finish, did any of you think of reminding the writers about all those unfinished plot arcs that they seemed to forget about all the time? Voyager never kept in touch with the 8472s, never told us how they started off with 32 photon torpedoes and then ended up using about 50+ photons every season after the third season ended. They never thought of explaining why Voyager didn't use the slingshot effect like in Star Trek IV to return to the 24th century Earth after landing in the 20th century. They never told us why Voyager had about 20 shuttles to blow up even if it's a small ship. They never told us why Voyager had so much power after the 1st and 2nd seasons when they were struggling to keep the engines going, and then by the 4th season they were fireing phasers at anything, running the holodecks 24-7, building one giant shuttle, twice.

The 4-7 years should have been their hardest because they had enough fuel for a three year mission, then when they ran out of fuel they started wasting more? What the hell was that?

Prety entertaining show thoe!

OPINION POLLS
ENTERPRISE has been revealed this week and we'd like to know how you would rate the show so far based on the new Enterprise NX-01, the interior set design, the new costumes, and any other info that you may already possess!
(A) Spectacular! The first looks offered this week reveal a series with immense potential and more excitement for Star Trek than I've felt since the days of TNG!
(B) Impressive, but cautiously so! What I've seen so far has promise and most of it is in the right direction, but I will restrain my jubilation for after the premiere!
(C) Uninteresting! The photos I've seen so far reveal a series that lacks serious originality in artistic design and I am open-minded yet skeptical of its potential!
(D) Horrifying! What we've been shown so far is unoriginal and unexciting, revealing a series unexcuseably violative of continuity and poorly developed; Paramount will be lucky if I tune in!
