Read ENTERPRISE Pilot For Yourself: "Broken Bow" Script Online

After months of spoiler reviews and reports revealing most of the story and even dialogue for the ENTERPRISE pilot episode -- "Broken Bow" -- someone has now made the script itself available online. TrekWeb has atttempted to confirm that the script is valid and two individuals who have posted reviews previously inform us that it is the same script that they read, with minor alterations that might indicate a later draft. After our own read it does seem consistent with all previous knowledge. The only difference I can note is that this draft ranks Travis Mayweather as a Lieutenant when the character is an Ensign (I believe). The draft is marked as 5/1/01, so this detail may have changed.

In any case, the script is the exclusive property of Paramount Pictures and therefore it will not be posted at this web site. Also, due to the sensitive nature of this material, I will not post a link to it here. However, if you scour other sites or bulletin boards you may find it. I'm sure at this point reading the script may probably be a little overboard -- and clearly it is copyrighted material not meant for such distribution and Paramount may not take kindly to making it easily accessible.

(A+) The premiere was spectacular and ENT looks to be the best Trek in years!
(A) The premiere was great, but I'm reserving judgment on ENT until later.
(B) The premiere was good, but a little flimsy in the brains department.
(C) The premiere was on par with other Trek pilots, but nowhere near the top.
(D) The premiere was generally unimpressive and ENT needs improvement.
(F) The premiere was an utter disappointment and a disgrace to Star Trek! I may not even tune in next week!
