The ZapToIt website just posted a bahind-the-scenes video interview with ENTERPRISE star Scott Bakula. Bakula talks about the relationship of the Vulcans and Terrans regarding space exploration.

"With the Vulcans, it's a tricky thing" Bakula said in the video interview "[Although] they've been friendly, in our scenario [the Vulcans] have also given us information that in their opinion is what we need to know. [They've] been encouraging us in our space program, and in our exploration, and in developing our warp engine. [...] They've made us working slowly and basically they're are not anxious for us to be in space. [...] They're not particulary great fans of the human race, although by a 150 years from now we've done a lot of wonderful things on the planet, and we're in a much better place [than] we are today. So they're not adversaries as such, but we're not pals"
