TrekToday has posted some additional details about the three episodes after the pilot episode. The first two episodes, "Fight or Flight" and "Strange New World", have previously been revealed by the Star Trek Universe, but TrekToday's source offers some additional details.

"Fight or Flight", which underwent some reshoots recently even though the episode was shot long ago, involves aliens searching for the compound "tri-globin", which Doctor Phlox informs the crew is also in human blood. This puts the crew on edge and when the aliens return, Hoshi Sato must communicate with the aliens before it's too late.

"Strange New World" involves a visit to a planet, but the atmosphere is infected with an alien pollen that causes hallucinations. During this episode, the crew begins to suspect that T'Pol is secretly in contact with the planet's mysterious inhabitants. As previously reported, the show involves a transporter accident as well.

"Unexpected", the previously alluded to male pregnancy episode, involves a ship of aliens hiding in Enterprise's exhaust wake. When Charlie Tucker goes aboard to help them repair their vessel, he comes home pregnant. The rest of the episode involves tracking down the aliens and negotiating with a Klingon vessel that the aliens have latched behind in order to take care of Trip's situation. The Klingons are hostile until they agree to hand over the aliens in exchange for some primitive holo-technology...
