Leonard Nimoy's Oscar-Winning Makeup Man John Chambers Passes At 78

From CNN.com:

"Oscar-winning makeup pioneer John Chambers, who did everything from put the pointy ears on "Star Trek's" Mr. Spock to turn actors into simians for the original "Planet of the Apes," has died of diabetes complications. He was 78.

"During his 30-year career, Chambers worked on numerous movies and television shows, including TV's "The Outer Limits," "The Munsters," "Lost in Space" and "Mission Impossible." His film credits included "The List of Adrian Messenger" and "The Island of Dr. Moreau."

"Most of the time he worked out of a lab in his Burbank garage, and it wasn't unusual for his neighbors to see stars like Leonard Nimoy, Lana Turner, Marlon Brando and Mickey Rooney drop in for special makeup sessions."

I hope to god that Mr.Westmore asked John Chambers for some tips on how to make aliens with something other than pieces of latex glued to the foreheads of actors before he passed, it ain't easy de-evolving people into gorrillas.

You will be watching ENTERPRISE because...
It's a 'Star Trek' series after all, I don't care about the producers, actors, or writers!
Scott Bakula. He is a fan-favorite because of his work on 'Quantum Leap'.
Jolene Blalock . Sexploitation be damned, she is hotter than Jeri Ryan!
It's not set in the over-used 24th Century, full of tecnobabble, quantum anomalies or Borg [yet]!
If nothing else, the UPN promos have done it for me!
Who said I will be watching? Berman and Braga will destroy 'Star Trek' with this prequel concept!
