The latest issue of Star Trek The Magazine features an exclusive interview with TNG star Patrick Stewart. Here are some excerpts, cortesy of Section31.com website.
Stewart on ENTERPRISE : "I have followed with interest any titbits that fell from Rick Berman's table ! This sounds like an excellent group of actors, and they will find their own way, as we did. Everyone expected that we would be a ripoff of the original series, but the great strenght of The Next Generation was that, while holding on to the fundamentals of Star Trek; it became entirely its own world, and not the world of Spock and Kirk and McCoy."
Stewart on the next TNG movie, 'Star Trek Nemesis' : [The script is] A big bang !" |
