Creative Light Entertainment has announced the availability of 'Mind Meld: Secrets Behind the Voyage of a Lifetime', an interview feature available November 6th on VHS and DVD in which actors William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy sit down together and discuss their 'Star Trek' journey.
According to press release, "the intimacy of the comments are sure to stun and surprise fans who get to see both stars discuss topics which they have never discussed in public before. For example, both stars have been affected by the shadow of alcohol. Shatner vividly speaks of how he came to understand his wife's long battle with alcoholism that tragically ended her life, while Nimoy reveals the personal difficulties that befell him as a result of his role as Spock."
"We wanted to put something definitive down for the record, but the conditions were two friends talking one-on-one. It makes it a revealing, honest interchange of feelings and thoughts that no interview would have been capable of doing," said William Shatner.
"This is the most personal insight the fans will get into our relationship and into aspects of Bill and myself they've never heard before," said Leonard Nimoy.
