According to StarTrekUK.COM, TNG star Patrick Stewart was proclaimed Yorkshire Man of the Year in a ceremony which aired on ITV1 in the Yorshire Region on Saturday night.
The award for the outstanding man who had made the greatest individual contribution to life in the County of Yorkshire was presented to Stewart by Richard Whitely and Sarah, The Duchess of York (who was co-hosting the awards with Whiley).
