According to Media Week, the final ratings for ENTERPRISE's "Strange New World" are in and the episode scored a 5.0/8 (overnights 6.8/10) and was watched by nearly 7.81 million viewers. This is roughly 65% of the viewing audience that tuned in for the premiere (12.54 million according to Nielsen Research, 16 million according to UPN) and represents nearly a 35% percent fall-off since September 26th.
However, in crucial demographics, the new STAR TREK is the highest-rated new drama; according to Media Week, the show weighed in strong with adults 18-34 (4.8/14), men 18-34 (5.8/18), men 18-49 (6.4/17), men 25-54 (7.2/17) and male teens (3.8/13).
