Dept: Star Trek BBS Update
"Terra Nova" seems to have been the first disappointment for ENTERPRISE fans, who voiced their reactions on the STAR TREK BBS this week...
- Mr. Hippo's Random Thoughts about Terra Nova
by Mr. Hippo, who as usual saw the episode late on Saturday, and has started the most recent discussion about the disappoint that was "Terra Nova."
- Enterprise, NX-01: question about regestry numbers.
by DeQueue, who tries to reconcile NX-01 with yet more TREK continuity.
- Enterprise's attempt to revive the Kirk-Spock-McCoy trio...
by O. Deus, who says that the Kirk/Spock/McCoy dynamic has yet to materialize despite ENTERPRISE's attempts.
- Mr. Hippo's Top 10 Worst Trek Dialogue Ever
by Mr. Hippo, who thinks many of these lines belong to Janeway...
- Trek Day Dreams
by slider, who asks what one TREK goodie you'd pick if you could have it for 24 hours in the real world.
- Interesting bit of ENT/VOY continuity
by Mr. Hippo, where a discussion of the reference of the Vulcan city "T'Pol" in the VOY episode "Unimatrix Zero" has spurned an even more passionate discussion about how bad that episode was.
- More Andorians!!!!
by salander3, who asks the board to voice in on its preferences for the various Andorian makeup versions.
- moral relativism
by rand, where a discussion of philosophy has ensued...
- ENT: Substitute Aliens for Shuttlecraft?
by Mr. Hippo, who posits that ENT is on track to introduce too many "new" alien races to remain believeable.
- Miri and Terra Nova
by mok wella, who says the latest ENT episode tipped its hat to TOS's "Miri" with a set piece.
- The best part about "Friendship One Redux", aka "Terra Nova"
by sliny, who thinks the episode wasn't even good enough to discuss; instead he discusses the exciting trailer for "The Andorian Incident."
- Current events footnote to Diane Carey interview
by O. Deus, where comments by author Diane Carey have started a discussion about recent terrorism and TREK.
If you haven't joined the conversation, check it out now at the STAR TREK BBS. |
