According to the actor himself at his official web site WilWheaton.net, Wil Wheaton will reprise the role of Wesley Crusher in the upcoming tenth TREK feature, NEMESIS.
"Last week, on Friday, my agent called me to let me know that there was an offer from Paramount to reprise the role of Wesley Crusher in Star Trek X. We just needed to work out the details."
Wheaton says Rick Berman was "very pleased" to have him back for what will amount to a cameo appearance. Wheaton says he's happy for the opportunity for Wesley Crusher to finally have some "real" closure and that he's doing this cameo "for the fans" who always ask him whether he'll be in TREK again.
The cameo will most likely come during a social gathering near the beginning of the movie, though this is pure speculation. |
