Zap2it reports that once again ENTERPRISE turned in the fifth place spot for the eight o'clock hour on Wednesday night with the first-run episode "Sleeping Dogs." The episode garnered a 5.7 rating, 8 share, two tenths of a rating point higher than the overnight rating for last week's "Dear Doctor."
ABC's comedies once again won the eight o'clock hour with a 7.4/12, CBS's '60 MINUTES II' took second place with a 7.3/12, followed by NBC's 'ED' with 7.2/11. FOX's 'THAT 80's SHOW' combined with 'GROUNDED FOR LIFE' during the hour to just barely beat ENTERPRISE.

According to San Francisco Chronicle, the final rating for "Dear Doctor" last week was a 3.7, the same as "Silent Enemy" the week before. The site ranks last week's ENT at 86th but does not provide information on share or estimated viewers. However, according to 'Cyrus', the print editions of both USA Today and the Los Angeles Times report the share for "Dear Doctor" as 6 and the viewers at 5.65 million; this would be less than the previous week's 6.1 million for "Silent Enemy."
