Battlestar Galactica.com reports that UPN is considering buying the new BATTLESTAR GALACTICA series helmed by Executive Producer Tom DeSanto of Studios USA and Vivendi Universal. The new BATTLESTAR GALACTICA benefited from pre-production guidance by X-Men director Bryan Singer but he left the production during the week of November 1st last year to concentrate fully on the upcoming X-Men sequel, X2, starring Trek veteran Patrick Stewart.
Battlestar Galactica.com is asking fans to flood UPN offices and affliates with letters of support to persuade the network to pick up the new series.
