The Great Link has posted TV Zone Magazine's Top 20 list of science fiction/fantasy villains. Several Trek mainstays make an appearance on the British magazine's list including DS9's Weyoun, ""when it comes to the crunch, the reason why [Weyoun] is such a great villain is because he's a diplomat, a politician, and you can't get much more evil then that", and Gul Dukat, "with many of the best villains, (Dukat's) character works best because we have grown to see this guy's point of view."
The edition features interviews with many of the actors who portrayed the "big bads."
