The Futon Critic has reported the final ratings for the first-run presentation of the ENT episode "Shuttlepod One" as a 3.4/5 watched by 5.3 million viewers. Running against NBC's Winter Olympic coverage, "Shuttlepod One" registered a new low for first-run episodes of ENT.

For the week of February 11-17, ENT finished second behind the WB's "Smallville" as ABC and FOX conceded the schedule to NBC, which is dominating the ratings during the Olympics, by preempting "Alias", "Dark Angel" and "The X-Files." The WB's "Angel" was also preempted. The order of those first-run science fiction/fantasy network series which aired remained the same except for UPN's "Roswell" falling to the bottom of the list for the first time, below the WB's lowly-rated "Glory Days."

In other news, "Stargate SG-1" remained on top of the syndication ratings for the week of February 4th with Tribune Entertainment's "Mutant X" falling to fourth, allowing Tribune's other property "Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda" to rise to second. "Earth: Final Conflict" continued its season-long plunge into oblivion by finishing tied for 9th with "The Lost World."

Most Viewer Science Fiction/Fantasy Network Series
    February 11-17

    1) Smallville (WB) - 3.8/6 (6.1 million)
    2) Enterprise (UPN) - 3.4/5 (5.3 million)
    3) Buffy the Vampire Slayer (UPN) - 3.1/5 (5 million)
    4) Charmed (WB) - 2.9/4 (4.7 million)
    5) Glory Days (WB) - 1.9/3 (2.8 million)
    6) Roswell (UPN) - 1.8/3 (2.7 million)

Note: ABC's "Alias" was preempted by Raiders of the Lost Ark; The WB's "Angel" was preempted by a repeat of "7th Heaven"; FOX's "Dark Angel" was preempted by American Pie; FOX's "The X-Files" was preempted by a repeat of "The Simpsons."

Syndicated Ratings (Week of February 4)

    1) Stargate SG-1 - 3.2/3.3
    2) Andromeda - 2.9/3.0
    3) Maximum Exposure - 2.4/2.5
    4) Mutant X - 2.3/2.4
    5) V.I.P. - 2.2/2.4
    6) The Invisible Man - 2.0/2.2
    7) Beastmaster - 2.0/2.1
    8) Relic Hunter - 1.9
    9) Earth: Final Conflict - 1.7
    10) The Lost World - 1.7

NOTE: In case anyone is wondering about the meaning of the headline: Winter Olympics Gold; Smallville Silver; and, Enterprise Bronze (based on weekly rankings).
