Zap2It has reported the overnight ratings for the first-run presentation of the latest ENTERPRISE episode, "Fusion", last night as a 5.1/8. This is the same overnight rating which "Shuttlepod One" secured two weeks ago against NBC's Winter Olympic coverage in setting a new season low for the Trek series. ENT finished in 5th place during the 8 o'clock hour ahead of the WB's presentation of the film Dumb and Dumber. UPN similarly finished in 5th place for the night.
"The Grammys, hosted by The Daily Show's Jon Stewart, kicked off with a 12.6/20 at 8 p.m. NBC's Ed placed second with an 8.4/13. My Wife and Kids, 6.9/11, and According to Jim, 6.8/9, put ABC in third for the hour, followed by the movie Rush Hour, 4.9/8, on FOX. Enterprise drew a 5.1/8 for UPN, while the movie Dumb and Dumber averaged 3.0/5 on The WB."
