TV Guide has announced that ENT star and model Jolene Blalock has been named one of 6 "Faces to Watch" in its March 9 Television MVP issue.
According to the TV Guide press release, "as voluptuous Vulcan T'Pol, Blalock has brought exhilaration to Enterprise with her sex appeal, making the Star Trek franchise a top-notch UPN series."
"The role was a bitch to cast because we needed someone who (could) act well and be attractive in a Vulcan wig and ears," says Enterprise co-creator Rick Berman. "Jolene is a godsend."
"Blalock's success is no doubt 'enterprising' and continuing to blossom-the star has recently completed a miniseries, Diamond Hunters, with Alyssa Milano."
In addition to naming the Faces to Watch in its March 9 issue, TV Guide also names the overall top 10 MVPs, while also saluting the best of the best in categories including actors (broken down into stars, supporting players, dynamic duos and ensemble standouts), hosts, writers, producers and faces to watch. The issue is now available at your local newsstand.
