Season Finale to Shoot March 27th - April 8th |

TrekToday reports a minor bit of information on ENTERPRISE's first season finale today: it will begin shooting in two weeks on Wednesday, March 27th and last through Monday, April 8th. This is consistent with the shooting schedules and casting calls for recent episodes from "Vox Solis" to "Two Days and Two Nights" and "Desert Crossing." The staff hiatus will commence from mid-May through mid-summer, when the writers return to begin season two.
While no information is known about the episode yet, it will be the series's 26th hour -- as has been the standard for TREK seasons for many years -- and while TrekToday speculates that it will not be a two hour episode, that fact is hardly in question since the installment is likely to be a one-hour cliffhanger.
The 24th and 25th episodes of the season are "Two Days and Two Nights," involving a visit to the pleasure planet Risa; and "Desert Crossing," an episode for which little is known other than the fact that it features guest appearances by three U.S. Navy "Sailors of the Year" from the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Enterprise.
Check out TrekWeb's ENTERPRISE mission logs below for information on these and the rest of the first season's episodes. For the original report, check out this page.
