The Digital Bits website has posted the cover artwork for the upcoming Star Trek II DVD - it is now confirmed with the official title 'Star Trek II The Wrath of Khan - Collector's Edition'. Like the previous bare-bones edition, it will be in anamorphic widescreen format, and it is still set for release on June 25.
