Classic Movie Poster Artist Shares Alternate ST:TMP and ST2:TWOK Art Work |

 Prolific movie poster artist Bob Peak, who designed the movie poster art work for the first six classic STAR TREK movies, has posted alternate designs for the STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE and STAR TREK II: THE WRATH OF KHAN movie posters at his official web site. While derivative of the final designs, these rarely glimpsed alternates are a delight to see.
Peak is widely considered "the father of the modern movie poster" and has illustrated films from APOCALYPSE NOW to WEST SIDE STORY. He also has 40 TIME MAGAZINE covers to his name as well as several for TV GUIDE.
