DVD Review.com has just posted final information from Paramount on the upcoming Star Trek The Next Generation Season 3 DVD Box Set due for Region 1 release July 2nd. In addition to all 26 season three episodes, the box set includes the following featurettes :
"Mission Overview : Year Three", which discusses major changes in the third season with both old and new interview.
"Selected Crew Analysis : Year Three", which spotlights the growth of the continuing characters and the return of Beverly Crusher (Gates McFadden) to TNG.
"Departmental Briefing - Year Three : Production", a behind-the-scenes look at particular episodes from the production crew's points of view.
"Departmental Briefing - Year Three : Memorable Missions", which includes specific anectodes about the third season episodes.
According to Paramount, they have not included any television spots in the box set, as with the first and second season box sets. The SRP is $139,99. For more information, read the original report at DVD Review.com.
