JUNCTION POINT: NOT JUST ANOTHER PBeM RPG!
Junction Point is a freefloating space station that is located in that dark area between Gorn, Tholian, and Klingon space, within a whiff of the Romulan Empire. K7, as we call it, is adjacent to Sherman's Planet, where, just 76 years before, the tribble incident took place. We're set in the year 2380, after the Borg encounters and the Dominion War, at the very end of the ST-TV timelines. This is a very fastpaced game composed of a solid base of experienced and expert players, some of them professionally published in the SF-Fantasy genre. Our location is junction.the-fgn.org and we're always ready to welcome a few new players into our warm and friendly community. If our roster appears full at the positions that interest you, don't let that discourage you from joining. There's enough posting for duplications in Senior Officer positions and the imagination's the limit on civilian and other personnel. We're expecting to be around for a long time, so if you come, plan to stay! We can be reached by clicking Contact Administration or Joining the Game on our site.

According to Mediaweek and Zap2it, ENTERPRISE's return to first-run episodes with last night's "Detained" scored a 4.6/7 in the metered market overnight ratings. This is significantly lower than the overnight rating for the last first-run presentation of the STAR TREK series, "Oasis," on April 3rd; that episode garnered a 5.1/8 (story). Mediaweek's Marc Berman nonetheless continues to declare ENTERPRISE one of Wednesday night's ratings winners.

This fall-off trend is consistent with ENTERPRISE's other returns to first-run broadcast, which seem to suffer from the period of reruns directly previous. "Silent Enemy" scored a 5.6/8 in the overnight's on January 16th after the Holiday hiatus, while the last November episode, "Cold Front," had managed a 6/9. Similarly, the March 20th first-run presentation of "Rogue Planet" scored a 4.9/7 after two weeks of repeats since "Fusion" garnered a 5.1/8 overnight rating. The fall-off for "Detained" is slightly larger than either of the two previous but the decision to return before the beginning of May Sweeps while many other shows are still in repeats may have had an effect.

The final ratings should be out within a week. To check out the original Mediaweek report go here, and go here for Zap2it's report.
