Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced
players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the
turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses,
bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near
the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original
Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS
Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all
interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is
superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we
will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices,
check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away
from home. (0 comments | Add)

Dept: Star Trek: Nemesis
The latest release date speculation over at Upcoming Movies has STAR TREK: NEMESIS hitting theaters Friday, December 13th. The site originally reported several months ago that the 20th of that month was the internally-agreed-upon release date, putting it close to the premiere of New Line's second movie in the highly-anticipated LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy. The new date, while still unconfirmed by Paramount, puts NEMESIS slightly further ahead of THE TWO TOWERS and a few weeks after several powerhouse releases in November, including the next 007 feature DIE ANOTHER DAY and the family film HARRY POTTER 2.
The new date is still very much conjecture and there has been no indication beyond "Fall 2002" from Paramount regarding a final release date for the tenth TREK feature. Principle photography wrapped a month ago on NEMESIS and whether the release is pushed up to October to get an edge on the November releases, or December 13th, this will still mark the longest post-production for a NEXT GENERATION film ever.
