JUNCTION POINT: NOT JUST ANOTHER PBeM RPG!
Junction Point is a freefloating space station that is located in that
dark area between Gorn, Tholian, and Klingon space, within a whiff of
the Romulan Empire. K7, as we call it, is adjacent to Sherman's
Planet, where, just 76 years before, the tribble incident took place.
We're set in the year 2380, after the Borg encounters and the Dominion
War, at the very end of the ST-TV timelines. This is a very fastpaced
game composed of a solid base of experienced and expert players, some
of them professionally published in the SF-Fantasy genre. Our location
is junction.the-fgn.org and we're always ready to welcome a few
new players into our warm and friendly community. If our roster appears full at the positions that interest you, don't
let that discourage you from joining. There's enough posting for
duplications in Senior Officer positions and the imagination's the
limit on civilian and other personnel.

STAR TREK: INSURRECTION, which was to make its broadcast television premiere last Fall on NBC but was delayed due to the terrorist attacks of September 11th, is going to air tonight on NBC at 9pm EDT. The film, written by long time STAR TREK producer Michael Piller was released in 1998 to lukewarm reviews and has since held a moderate position within the film franchise by fans.
Piller tells TrekWeb about his original script for the movie and his thoughts on the final product, a movie he says Gene Roddenberry would've been proud of, in a brand new interview TrekWeb will be posting soon.
NBC touts tonight's broadcast as a celebration of the 35th anniversary of STAR TREK and you can read more here. It notes that the presentation might be pre-empted for NBA basketball playoff coverage.
UPDATE : 05/19
This Sunday at 9:00 pm (May 18th) NBC was to air the network television premiere of STAR TREK INSURRECTION, the ninth film in the Star Trek film series. It was cancelled due to NBC Sports running long with the two previous programs 'Horse Racing' and then having the 'NBA Basketball : lakers at Sacramento Kings, Western Conference Final Game 1' running long.
After 35 years later from the premiere of the Original Star Trek Series on the peacock network, they still have to cancel Star Trek. Will NBC schedule INSURRECTION again > One can keep watching NBC's Movies page here.
