According to Marc Berman's Programming Insider at MediaWeek, last night's first-run presentation of the ENTERPRISE first season finale "Shockwave" scored a 4.9/8 in the overnight metered market ratings. This is consistent with the overnight performance for the series of late, increasing over last week's "Two Days and Two Nights", which scored a 4.7/7 (according to Zap2it last week), and matching "Fallen Hero" of two weeks ago. "Shockwave" is, however, the first ENTERPRISE in several weeks not to make Berman's "winners" list for Wednesday night. For the season, ENTERPRISE is clearly a winner for UPN, being named one of the top twenty most valuable shows on television by The Futon Critic recently and performing exceptionally well for UPN, helping the network pull past its major competitor the WB all season long.

The final numbers for last week are in according to the Hollywood Reporter and "Two Days and Two Nights" declined slightly over the previous week's double-header presentation, but remained strong in the demographic numbers.

ENTERPRISE's first Risa episode had a 3.1 rating, which is %3 lower than "Fallen Hero" the week before with a 3.2 rating. The audience size decreased slightly by 80,000 to 5.26 million.

Ratings/Share Audience (Audience for each half hour) Dinotopia 8.0/12 13.36 million (12.5-13.5-13.9-13.6) (Part II)
    X-Files 7.5/12 13.25 million (11.9-13.1-13.9-14.1) (series finale)
    Dinotopia 7.4/12 12.73 million (11.5-12.3-13.8-13.4) (Part III)
    Smallville 3.5/5 6.10 million (6.0-6.2)
    Charmed 3.4/5 5.22 million (5.0-5.5) (season finale)
    Buffy 3.2/5 4.96 million (4.9-5.0)
    Enterprise 3.1/6 5.26 million (5.1-5.4)
    Angel 2.9/4 4.69 million (4.8-4.6)
    Roswell 2.0/3 2.85 million (2.8-2.9) (series finale)

In demographics, ENTERPRISE continues to perform well for UPN. Among Adults 18-49, "Two Days And Two Nights" had a 2.8 rating, 3% decrease from "Fallen Hero". As usual ENT was the highest rated show for UPN:

    Adult 18-49 ratings
    X-Files 6.3/14
    Dinotopia 4.7/12 (Part II)
    Dinotopia 4.0/11 (Part III)
    Enterprise 2.8/9
    Smallville 2.8/7
    Buffy 2.4/7
    Angel 2.4/6
    Charmed 2.3/5
    Roswell 1.3/3
