Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses, bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original Borg Incursion. We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices, check us out. The official STAR TREK web site has announced that fans attending this weekend's June 22nd Starbase 21 Trek Expo in Tulsa, OK will get a sneak preview of the STAR TREK: NEMESIS teaser trailer. The trailer will be released in theaters over the July 4th weekend and the site reports that, as expected, it will receive broadcast and online premieres beforehand.

In addition, the official web site for NEMESIS will launch next week, with the trailer. This marks the first TNG movie for which Paramount has specifically sought to utilize fan events to begin promotion, and the first time that the official web site for a TREK film has been ready to launch with the teaser trailer.

Pages from the web site will also be displayed at the event for fans to get a preview of. Not surprisingly, if there's anyone attending this event who can send in a report and/or photographs of the materials, please contact me. TrekWeb will of course carry photos and links to download the trailer next week as they become available.
