Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced
players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the
turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses,
bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near
the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original
Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS
Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all
interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is
superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we
will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices,
check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away
from home. (0 comments | Add)

Dept: Star Trek: Nemesis
Talking today with Sci-Fi Wire Patrick Stewart once again is quick to point out that NEMESIS may not be the last TNG TREK feature.
"I don't know yet if this is Z. It may or may not be the case," he told the online mag when asked whether the latest pic opening December 13th would bookend the TNG film franchise.
He also talks about the potential TREK curse of being so tightly associated with the series.
"The curse part of it is minimal and has only to do with a couple of personal issues and one professional issue. One of the personal issues is the loss of privacy, of course. And the professional issue is the one I've spoken of often, and that's that you run the risk of something becoming an albatross around your neck when, professionally, you are so associated with one role. Fortunately, I have been able to do a great deal of work outside of Star Trek."
