Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses, bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original Borg Incursion. We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices, check us out. Vir-Con 2002 has announced its latest celebrity lineup for exclusive live chats during its first-ever 3D virtual STAR TREK convention August 2-4. Among the high-profile guests joining the Green Room will be ENTERPRISE co-creator and co-executive producer Brannon Braga along with show stars Dominic Keating and Anthony Montgomery. These special chats will only be accessible to virtual convention-goers who purchase the Preferred Pass or upgraded Latinum Pass.

ENTERPRISE won't be alone in the Green Room, as TREK alumns from George Takei to Nana Visitor to Robert Duncan McNeill visit throughout the weekend. Live video feeds from Creation's convention in Las Vegas will also be featured, including appearances by Leonard Nimoy, Kate Mulgrew, Marina Sirtis, Roxann Dawson, Walter Koenig and others.

Vir-Con has instituted the Latinum Pass as the highest level of access available, offering preferred seating during the video feeds and the option to submit questions to the live event, as well as two autographed photos of TREK celebs of your choice.

Beginning tonight, Vir-Con will host pre-show activities including a live chat actors from the STAR TREK EXPERIENCE in Las Vegas and a chat Friday July 19th with TREK author Keith R. DeCandido at 8 PM PT. Chat will continue each night this week and guests including the official fan club president Dan Madsen and Gene Roddenberry, Jr. will take part in the early activities next week.
