Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced
players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the
turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses,
bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near
the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original
Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS
Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all
interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is
superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we
will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices,
check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away
from home. (0 comments | Add)

The latest issue of Cinescape magazine features a brief exclusive interview with ENTERPRISE co-creator and executive producer Brannon Braga, in which he talks about the Romulans' upcoming appearance in the second season, and for the first time in next week's "Minefield."
"I think I can say without getting into too much trouble that every early in the season we will have our first brush with the Romulans," Braga told the magazine "But I also will say because of NEMESIS, [The Next Generation] movie that's coming out [this winter], we don't want to step on NEMESIS' toes, which is the Romulans of Picard's time. But Captain Archer will have a very lethal brush with the Romulans very early on."
"In fact, in terms of Romulans, because [the movie] is kind of the sequel element, I look foward to doing some prequel elements," adds Braga "Maybe they will play off one another and it'll be a good synergy."
And according to Braga, NEMESIS writer John Logan, the same man giving audiences their first big-screen glimpse at the Romulans, may also be involved with their first appearance in the 22nd Century.
"Well, he has told me that [he'd be interested], and we'll see because he's a busy guy," says Braga "I have a feeling that when we ask him, 'Are you ready ?' he'll probably be writing Spielberg's new movie and not have time. We'd be thrilled to have John do some work on ENTERPRISE. He's been a big supporter of ENTERPRISE and really has had some great input over the season. In terms of actually doing any real work on the show, we'll have to see what his schedule is."
