Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced
players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the
turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses,
bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near
the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original
Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS
Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all
interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is
superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we
will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices,
check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away
from home. (0 comments | Add)

Dept: Star Trek: Nemesis
German web site TrekZone.de posted the first information about some of the supporting actors in STAR TREK NEMESIS. Shannon Cochran plays Romulan Senator 'Tal'Aura', a true ally of 'Shinzon'. Cochran is a TREK veteran, guesting as 'Kalita' in ST:TNG's "Preemptive Strike" and 'Sirella' in ST:DS9's "You Are Cordially Invited..." She can be seen currently as 'Anna Morgan' in the DreamWorks Pictures horror movie THE RING.
Jude Ciccolella, who played 'Mike Novick' in 24 and 'McKensie' in next year's DAREDEVIL will play the Romulan Commander Suran. Suran is an elder Romulan officer, respected and tenacious.
Finally, Alan Dale ("Toothpick Man" in the 'X-Files' episodes "Provenance", "Providence" and "The Truth") will play Praetor Hiren. Hiren is the President of the Romulan Senate. He is not willing to make compromises but rather wants to banish Shinzon and the Reman back into the dilithium mines as quickly as possible, according to the site.
More information and images of the actors can be found here.
