Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced
players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the
turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses,
bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near
the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original
Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS
Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all
interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is
superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we
will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices,
check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away
from home. (0 comments | Add)

The Wednesday print edition of USA Today has published the final ratings for the week of October 21-27. UPN's ENTERPRISE and ABC's Alias were only science fiction/fantasy genre shows this week which took a pass on competing with the World Series. ENT's repeat of "Shockwave, Part II" still managed to draw 4.2 million viewers, beating out first-run presentations of The WB's Angel and Charmed, ABC's Push Nevada and the bottom of the barrel UPN shows, The Twilight Zone and Haunted.
Though a repeat, ABC's Alias still managed to draw 7.3 million viewers against Game 7 of the World Series and secured second place for the week. The WB's Sunday night lineup clearly took the biggest hit on the night as first-run presentations of Charmed and Angel were way down (especially Charmed). The end result is that The WB's strong Smallville secured first place for the week with 8.3 million viewers despite going head-to-head with FOX's World Series coverage. UPN's Buffy the Vampire Slayer also held its own on the same night, securing 4th place for the week.
FOX's Friday night lineup shows some signs of stabilizing; John Doe at the 6 million mark and Joss Whedon's Firefly in the "Angel zone" somewhere between 4 and 5 million. The WB's Birds of Prey viewer numbers fell again this week and the last grasp of ABC's Push, Nevada secured 4 million. For the week, the World Series carried FOX to a win with an average of 16.3 million viewers, followed by CBS (12.6 million) and NBC (11.0). UPN doggedly hung on to last place for the week with 3.9 million viewers, 700,000 behind The WB.

1) Smallville (WB) - Ive been watching this season and this is a pretty good but the writing could be better. I enjoy watching the pretty people though.
2) (r) Alias (ABC) Love the show and why more people dont watch, I dont know. This deserves better
3) John Doe (FOX) Not a bad show. Much better than Firefly. Love the whole mythology thing but I would like to see other stories other than solving murders.
4) Buffy the Vampire Slayer (his is one of the better episodes of the season. great writing and great character moments.
5) Birds of Prey (WB) This show is really a turd. I hope its gone by the end of the season?
6) Firefly (FOX) - Gave up on it. Josh dont quit your day job.
7) (r) Enterprise (UPN) This show is one of the worst shows on TV, not to mention the one of the worst incarnations of Trek. Deserves to be lower.
8) Angel (WB) - Good show. Deserves better time slot.
9) Charmed (WB) - Boy has this show gotten bad.
10) Push, Nevada (ABC) - Cancelled. Doesnt matter.

How would you rate the latest ENT episode, THE CATWALK, on a scale from 1 (bad) to 10 (excellent) in comparison to the best and the worst episodes of all previous Star Trek episodes?
