Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced
players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the
turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses,
bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near
the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original
Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS
Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all
interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is
superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we
will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices,
check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away
from home. (0 comments | Add)

The Wednesday print edition of USA Today has published the final ratings for the week of October 28-November 3. ENTERPRISE returned from its one week hiatus with "Maruaders" to secure 5.6 million viewers for a 3.6/6 rating and share; good enough to once again secure the #4 slot for the week and become the second most-watched episode of the season (behind "A Night In Sickbay" with 6.26 million viewers).
With the World Series out of the way, order was restored at the top as ABC's Alias returned to the top spot, followed as per usual by The WB's Smallville and FOX's John Doe. The WB's Charmed recovered strongly from the hit it took the previous week from Game 7 of the World Series, rebounding back to 4.8 million to secure 5th place for the week. More troubling for The WB, Buffy-spinoff Angel fell to one of its least watched episodes ever with only 3.6 million viewers and Birds of Prey showed zero evidence of halting its downward trend, securing a lowly 3.8 million viewers for the week.
Three UPN shows brought up the rear, Haunted at less than 2 million viewers, The Twilight Zone and a repeat of the season premiere of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Top Ranked Science Fiction/Fantasy Network Series
October 28-November 3 (based on number of viewers)
1) Alias (ABC) - 6.2/9 (10.6 million)
2) Smallville (WB) - 4.5/7 (8.2 million)
3) John Doe (FOX) - 3.8/7 (6.0 million)
4) Enterprise (UPN) - 3.6/6 (5.6 million)
5) Charmed (WB) - 2.9/4 (4.8 million)
6) Firefly (FOX) - 2.8/5 (4.3 million)
7) Birds of Prey (WB) - 2.6/4 (3.8 million)
8) Angel (WB) - 2.2/3 (3.6 million)
10) (r) Buffy the Vampire Slayer (UPN) - 1.9/3 (2.9 million)
10) The Twilight Zone (UPN) - 1.9/3 (2.9 million)
For the week, CBS reclaimed the top spot with an average of 13.1 million viewers, followed by NBC (12.4 million) and FOX (10.5 million). UPN once again brought up the rear with an average of 4.1 million viewers, behind The WB's 4.8 million average.
NEXT WEEK: Can The WB's Angel and Birds of Prey recover any momentum?
