Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced
players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the
turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses,
bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near
the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original
Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS
Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all
interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is
superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we
will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices,
check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away

Last night's first-run presentation of the seventh episode of ENTERPRISE's second season, "The Seventh," continued the show's decline in the overnight ratings, scoring the lowest of any episode so far this season. With a 4.7/7 ENTERPRISE took the fifth place spot in the eight o'clock hour according to MediaWeek's Marc Berman, who calls the show's performance "potent" in comparison to its lead-out THE TWILIGHT ZONE (3.1/4).
"The Seventh" ranks at the bottom of the seven episodes of the season, below both "Carbon Creek" (4.8) and "Shockwave, Part II" (4.9). But disparity between overnight performance and final audience size and rating figures for the previous two episodes of the series make it difficult to ascertain the true value of "Seventh." Both "A Night In Sickbay" and "Marauders" registered overnight declines from their immediate predecessors yet emerged as the two most-watched and highest-rated episodes of the season thusfar. Pre-emptions in markets around the country can lead to lower overnight figures and "Marauders" suffered several such sports preemptions last week but ended up with 5.6 million viewers and a 3.6 final rating, the second best of the year (story).
Last night's eight o'clock hour was dominated by ABC's comedies MY WIFE AND KIDS and GEORGE LOPEZ, which are expected to win in the Adults 18-49 category once the national ratings are tabulated, NBC's ED and CBS's COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS. Reach the MediaWeek report here.

Well, I have not yet had the time to write a review on this episode due to the fact that I have to download Enterprise episodes, and their made availabe after about a day or 2 after the original airing. Then it'll take anywhere from a day or 2, to download it. As I am writing this message, I have downloaded 10 percent of the file. But, I have thr review for the rest of the second season reviews online at link
.
Also, as far as the stories go on Enterprise, let me say this:
I recently bought the first season on the series "24" on DVD. I watched each episode back to back and I have never seen any series that was so excellently written or directed in my life. I never watched the show, and the only thing that prompted me to buy it was the fact that I saw the season 2 premiere of "24" when it first aired. I was impressed so, I decided to take a look at the first season. I was even more impressed.
The writing on Enterprise can easily be done by a teenager. They need to make this show more (sophisticated -- not complicated). I fear thats not going to happen because B&B will stick to what has worked for them. And this is a said thing.

I have an appointment with ETERNITY... and I don't want to be late.

Overnights and Negativity

Trekweb receieves their reports on overnights and averages from another media outlet. The information is not coming from Trekweb itself. And, after all, I thought this report was pretty positive concerning the future of the episode's final ratings.
Just curious, what was the other media outlet you heard that report from about "The Seventh" getting the 2nd highest ratings?
Thanks

Here is a headline from another site dealing with the same news:
Last week's episode doesn't reach 'Sickbay's' heights, but still scores season two's second-best ratings.
So, I guess we have to ask why such negativity here towards Enterprise?

How would you rate the latest ENT episode, THE CATWALK, on a scale from 1 (bad) to 10 (excellent) in comparison to the best and the worst episodes of all previous Star Trek episodes?
