Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced
players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the
turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses,
bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near
the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original
Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS
Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all
interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is
superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we
will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices,
check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away
from home.

 The official STAR TREK web site has made available five samples from the STAR TREK NEMESIS original score composed by Jerry Goldsmith. These new 30-second clips follow on the heels of 14 samples offered several days ago by Amazon.de (story).
The new samples include a meaty portion of the main title theme, offering a far more rousing clip than the earlier version. The sample from "My Right Arm," the track during Picard's toast at Riker's wedding, is mostly the same as the previous samples. But interestingly, the new sample of "The Scorpion" is different and clearly from a more action-packed part of the track than the previous version. This plays during a scene where Data and Picard are inside a Reman spacecraft.
Next up are two entirely new or simply renamed tracks. The first is "Data and B-4," referencing the new android the movie introduces. This sample sounds somewhat different from any of the previous samples and is reminiscient of the film BLADE RUNNER. Finally, "Let's Go To Work" is an all-new clip that rises to a much more fast-paced crescendo than many of the earlier samples.
