Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses, bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original Borg Incursion. We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! According to Zap2it, last night's first-run presentation of ENTERPRISE's "Singularity" ended a three week downturn with the first improvement since October's "A Night In Sickbay." Scoring a 4.8/7 in the overnight metered markets numbers (top 55 urban markets), "Singularity" increased its performance by three tenths of a percentage point on the previous week's overnights (story).

The episode is squarely in the middle of the pack for the new season, its overnight matching "Carbon Creek," ahead of "The Seventh" and "The Communicator," and below "Shockwave, Part II," "Minefield," "Dead Stop," "A Night In Sickbay" and "Marauders." Final numbers will be out next week but it is likely that the audience size, which reached a season low with last week's "The Communicator" (story), improved last night as well.

For the night, UPN took the fifth place spot ahead of the WB and ENTERPRISE beat competitor DAWSON'S CREEK in the overnight numbers. UPN's TWILIGHT ZONE took the sixth place spot and ABC displaced NBC from the #1 position with a strong BACHELOR performance. You can check out the original Zap2it story here
