Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced
players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the
turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses,
bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near
the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original
Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS
Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all
interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is
superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we
will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices,
check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away

According to the official STAR TREK web site, ENTERPRISE's upcoming "Crash Landing" will involve not only the Suliban, but the first meeting with the Tholians since TOS's "The Tholian Web."
When Archer and the NX-01 crew capture a futuristic space ship with a dead human pilot, the Suliban and the Tholians show up to lay claim to the vessel. According to the production reprot from the episode, the Tholians are as xenophobic in "Landing" as they were in the original series episode. The episode will feature digitally-created Tholian vessels and Suliban cell ships.
The episode is written by staff writers Mike Sussman and Phyllis Strong and directed by James Whitmore, Jr. ("Acquisition"). Guest cast includes Cullen Douglas as "Suliban Solider," Mike Cassidy and Tim Storms as a pair of "Stunt Suliban" who get into a fight with Trip and Malcolm. Vaughn Armstrong also appears as Admiral Forrest via subspace communique.
The episode is slated to air February 19th. Reach the full production report here.

Does Silik, or FutureGuy, appear in this episode? It's the 17th episode, it's about time they reappear.

Time to focus on ENT

"Nemesis is over. Time to pay more attention to Enterprise, " Berman thought.
Not that it is what he said but that is my theory on the sudden amount of good or at least anticipating ENT episodes following the Christmas hiatus.

First time in a long time I've seen people excited about an ENT episode.
I'm with you on this one, this'll be a great opportunity to build on the Tholians, who deserve the air time and not only that, it has a time-travel twist to it.
A great combination, I look forward to this episode.

I'm actually finding myself in anxious anticipation of this episode. The Tholians are a race that has always deserved more development, and this may be the episode to do it. Providing they don't screw it up in typical Enterprise fashion like 75% of the other episodes. We'll find out mid-February.

Another "10"!

Sounds incredibly exciting! No doubt that this episode, too, like all others, will garner a "10-excellent!" rating when the Trekweb poll comes out...it seems as if B&B can really do no wrong. They've got the Midas touch- everything turns to gold. Of course, they seemed to have failed in the Box Office receipts for Nemesis...

...damn time they come up with an episode that gets people excited again. I've been bored out of my mind since "Minfield" with only that episode with the Vulcan/Andorian war to look forward to.

this is the kind of episode they should be doing. i'm really looking forward to it. maybe we'll learn about the tholian's "renowned punctuality".

Tholians are cool!

I'm looking forward to see the Tholians again.
It's much better when they remake Aliens we know already from the other series' and give them an interesting background and history, instead of introducing another unknown no name forehead-ridged alien every week.
It was the same thing with the Klingons in TNG - it was in TNG where they became really interesting.
Enterprise could become really good when they put up a plot about the formation of the federation, introducing some races that will play an important role in the federation later (like Trill or Betazoid) - like they already did with Andorians and Vulcans.
But one episode per season about that isn't enough!
Maybe they could even bring in the first war against Romulans or Klingons in.
At least there should be an ongoing plotline about interspecies relations and how they are going on.

OK, so who will be first?

Given the present mentality on this site, I will anxiously wait to see who will be first (without seeing the episode) to:
1. Rip the story apart for not being “true to the spirit of TOS”
2. Rip B&B for…being thoughtless with continuity…
3. …Not being progressive enough..
4. …Squandering opportunities…
5. …. Or for existing.
6. Note how this episode will somehow contribute to the future dismal sales of ST:N DVD’s.
7. Or otherwise point out how Paramount can’t make a right decision if The Great Bird himself handed it to them from the grave.
Let the race begin!
P.S. In case you missed it, I’ve just about had my fill of everyone dumping on the franchise.
To quote a favorite line…“We have seen the enemy…and it is us.”

How would you rate the latest ENT episode, THE CATWALK, on a scale from 1 (bad) to 10 (excellent) in comparison to the best and the worst episodes of all previous Star Trek episodes?
