Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced
players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the
turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses,
bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near
the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original
Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS
Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all
interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is
superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we
will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices,
check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away
from home.

The final ratings numbers for last week's first-run presentation of ENTERPRISE's "The Catwalk" are in and while the rating was unchanged from December 11th's "Precious Cargo," the overall audience size increased slightly. With a 3.1/5 according to Box Office Mojo, "Catwalk" pulled in 4.73 million viewers, compared to "Cargo"'s 4.67.
The rating for "Catwalk" is also on par with "Singularity" back on November 20th but ranks below the rest of the season save "Vanishing Point" (2.5/4). The audience size is also below everything but "Point" (3.8 million), "Precious Cargo" (4.67) and "The Communicator" (4.5).

As you know I track the TrekWeb survey results and judge how well the episodes do relative to each other based on the numbers I pull. I am inclined to believe that if the overall quality of the shows demonstrated consistent improvement and then held at a higher level (given of course the normal fluctuations), there would be enough buzz that more people would start tuning in and not being chased away by bad episodes (like ANISB right after DS).
However, the reality is almost the reverse. The first 3 episodes of the season tracked very close to each other and Dead Stop showed a significant up tick. Since then there have been 8 new episodes. Of those, 2 were generally considered awful and 4 were less liked than the starting 3 (though the 7th came close). Only 2 were well received (but not as well as DS).
Unless eps like Singularity become the norm (not the highpoint) as opposed to the Communicator, then I feel the ratings won't show much lasting improvement.
