Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses, bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices, check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away from home.

STAR TREK outtakes and bloopers have rarely been glimpsed by the public over the years but now UPN will be exploiting such materials from ENTERPRISE for a new January 14th special called UPN's FUNKY FLUBS. Hosted by star of the network's Monday comedy GIRLFRIENDS, Tracee Ellis Ross, the show will feature "uproarious, unrehearsed and uncensored clips from The Parkers, One on One, Girlfriends, Half & Half, Enterprise, The Twilight Zone, and UPN's new comedy Abby," according to a press release available at Psi Phi.

The show comes on the heels of successful editions for Viacom sister network CBS, which has aired CBS' FUNNY FLUBS AND SCREW-UPS, produced by Andrew Solt Prods., according to Variety. The article stresses that programming like this is cheap to produce and generally invites successful ratings.

The special will air January 14th at 8:00 PM EST. Find out more information at Variety and Psi Phi.

Enterprise Bloopers...mixed in with bloopers from other current UPN shows...I doubt it'll be much. I for one will not be setting my VCR or Tivo for this.

What I'd really like to see are bloopers from ALL Trek shows. I've seen some online that are pretty funny. Put them on DVD or video. From what I've seen, the cast sure can have a good time when lines are flubbed or mistakes happen. I think the Trek community would enjoy something like that.

Maybe if Paramount gets a clue, we could see something like that someday. But instead they're going to show Enterprise-only bloopers on their mediocre network. Whoop Dee Doo.

    The Beginning of the End

With the tanking of Nemesis, Paramount dropping Star Trek The Magazine, and now this (don't tell me this isn't reaching to the bottom of the barrel) doesn't it feel like it's the beginning of the end of Star Trek?

Maybe the fans will get their wish after all. Put Trek out of its misery. The glory days are long gone.

    Best Blooper Ever

Jeri Ryan, circa mid 2000, is going to surprise her boyfriend, who's busy doing a casting call for upcomming show ENTERPRISE, with a camera crew and a dozen roses. She sneaks into Brandon Braga's office, opens the door with a "SURPRI-OH MY GOD!!" Jolene Balock looks up from underneath the desk and slurps at her chin very quickly.

    Cue laugh track.

    Bloopers are great but....

I have been wanting to see Bloopers for years but why couldnt they have put them on the DVDs?
They way they are presenting this on UPN just cheapens the shows even more.

What are they going to show, the Tripp boner scene from the Pilot, People falling out of their bras ?

I am surprised that Dick Clark is not hosting this.

    Copying someone else?

Oh that's great- see someone else have an idea, then copy it. Where's the originality? Even Nemesis was a copy of The Wrath of Khan. I'm still waiting for some original ideas...maybe the first blooper they'll show is the meeting where the execs propose the idea of the Enterprise show...
