Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses, bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original Borg Incursion. We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices, check us out. Happy New Year everyone! Here are some STAR TREK NEMESIS newsbits to hold you over the holidays.

• Zap2it has analyzed the 2002 box office, naming NEMESIS a "disappointment" that "could snuff out one of the most profitable franchises in film history."

• Television Without Pity has reviewed NEMESIS, grading it an A and reviewer Keckler writing, "The anticipation. The ingredients. The patience. The timing. The moment. It's like one of those damn Turning Leaf wine commercials. However, unlike the time I made the mistake of actually trying a Turning Leaf Chardonnay, Nemesis did not leave me disappointed or enraged, and I certainly wasn't guzzling olive oil to repair my stripped palate and lacerated throat."

• The BBC gives NEMESIS 2/5 stars and reviewer Neil Smith echoes U.S. critics, saying, "It's taken four years for "Nemesis" to emerge, and though it will no doubt be welcomed by Trekkies, it evokes a distinct feeling of déjà vu."

• TrekZone.de reports that NEMESIS will debut in Austria January 17th and Switzerland January 23rd.
