Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced
players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the
turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses,
bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near
the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original
Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS
Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all
interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is
superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we
will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices,
check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away
from home. (0 comments | Add)

The New York Daily News reports that STAR TREK network UPN has entered negotiations to renew its affiliate contracts with Fox, whose television stations account for 20% of UPN's affiliates. With CBS and UPN president Les Moonves eager to begin retooling the network with costly new programming, Viacom, UPN and CBS's parent comparny, wants to reach a deal with Fox quickly.
The current contract will expire at the end of next season and if Fox withdrawals, a source tells the paper that UPN could be extinct. With UPN struggling in the ratings this season, Fox may have significant leverage to demand changes at the network in exchange for re-committing its affiliates, including UPN's top three markets, one of which is New York's Channel 9.

Enterprise on syndication

Maybe it would even help Enterprise when it runs on syndication - there wasn't these people who give the production team orders like "make it more sexy" or "don't take plots in, which go beyond a single episode" or something like that.
Maybe that's nonsense.
At least I hope Enterprise isn't one of the programmes which would be cancelled in the case UPN will be shut down.

How would you rate the latest ENT episode, DAWN, on a scale from 1 (bad) to 10 (excellent) in comparison to the best and the worst episodes of all previous Star Trek episodes?
