Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses, bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices, check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away from home.

VOYAGER's Robert Picardo will join other TREK alums in a special 25th Anniversary production of ON THE TWENTIETH CENTURY, according to the official STAR TREK web site. Produced by the University of California and Los Angeles's REPRISE! Broadway's Best, the play will run January 21st through February 2nd at Freud's Playhouse at the UCLA campus.

Picardo will star with TREK guest alums Bob Gunton ('Maxwell', "The Pegasus") and Dan Butler ('Steth', "Vis a Vis", 'Bulldog', FRASIER). The play features Book and Lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, Music by Cy Coleman and is based on plays by Ben Hecht, Charles MacArthur and Bruce Millholland and production is directed by David Lee with Gerald Sternbach serving as Musical Director.

The play takes place on the 20th Century Limited, a train going from Chicago to New York in the early 30s. Picardo plays the business manager of stage producer 'Oscar Jaffee' (Gunton), 'Oliver Webb.' Butler is his press agent, 'Owen O'Malley'. The three are fleeing a disastrous production in Chicago when they discover an actress on the train might be the key to their next big hit.

You can read more and see photos of the cast here. You can order tickets at the UCLA Central Ticket Office.

also, the Maxwell episode of TNG was "The Wounded," not "The Pegasus," which had Terry O'Quinn as Admiral Pressman. Understandable mistake, given the similar themes of the episodes, but still, we're not nitpicky Trekkies for nothing. :D

Picard? Doh! I think you misspelled Picardo's name a few times Steve.
