Phlox's Denobula Under Duress in Upcoming Episode "The Breach" (SPOILERS)

PROMENADE

Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses, bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices, check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away from home.

Some strange habits were revealed about John Billingsley's 'Doctor Phlox' earlier this year in "A Night In Sickbay" and the good doctor takes on an important medical question in next week's "Stigma." But toward the end of the season, we'll learn that the Denobulan character's own planet is in danger in the episode "The Breach."

In the episode, Denobula is suffering from seismic aberrations that may threaten the future of life on the quirky doctor's home world. A Denobulan geologist is studying similar activity on a Xemian planet in hopes of learning valuable information about the phenomena, but when the Xemians ask all off-worlders to leave their planet, Enterprise is sent to retrieve the dedicated scientist. Reluctant to leave an important research site and years of passion without adequately finishing the work, Trip has to get the urgency of the situation across with a phase pistol.

"The Breach" is the twenty-first episode of ENTERPRISE's second season and will begin production next week. The episode will likely air in late April or early May.

Keep in my that this story information is based on an early and incomplete draft of the episode's script. Much is likely to change by the time the episode airs toward season's end. The story and characters are, however, © 2003 Paramount Pictures. All rights reserved.

@ one_2_three

Earth is not part of space?!?

Everything I am saying is that when Gene created Star Trek, one of the basics was that Earth was like heaven. But looking at where we stand now, World War 3 speculations in the series and Earth in time of Enterprise and other Treks, it would be very nice to use Temporal Cold War and create a cross over story line that would allow the fans to see what it took for us to get to the point where all diseases are cured and where all people overcome their differences.

In good TNG style! Go Enterprise. I just wonder what kind of finale they have in consideration. Andorians, or voyage home. Star Trek universe always lacked the presence of Earth.

Now we're getting more Denobulans! I can't wait. Season 2.5 sounds like it's really shaping up nice. This is everything I wanted from the series in 2001.

Once again... Two for one!

The story itself looks interesting, but again, the famous alien-of-the-week... They need to bring races we know! There are so much already in the Star Trek universe, why invent a new one for each episode? It's just bothering to get to know an alien and never hear from it again. And also, it takes time to establish who they are in the first place, therefore taking important minutes away from the story.
Really, season 2.5 of Enterprise looks great to me. That epsiode does not make exception to the rule.
