Typhon Station is a very fastpaced PBeM RPG with skilled, experienced players and a warm sense of bonding and community. We play at the turn-of-the-century, 2400, and are located in the Typhon Expanses, bordering the Neutral Zone, proximate to the Romulan Empire, and near the Iconian Digs, and are on the first warning route of the original Borg Incursion.
We have three stations to post from, SB 185, USS Odyssey, and USS Wraith. They all have general and particular storylines and all interact. This game is not for the faint of heart! The writing is superb and comes hot and heavy. We have some open spots and also we will consider character suggestions. So, longtime RPGers and novices, check us out. See if you want to make Typhon Station your home away from home.

Speaking in the new issue of Star Trek Monthly, out now in the UK, ENTERPRISE actor Connor Trinneer says he's always cognizant of making sure 'Trip Tucker' is believable as the ship's engineer.

"There have been occasions where I have sensed that the character's kind of been 'dumbed' down, and I have been very keen on not making this good old Southern boy 'dumb'," he says in excerpts available at Sci-Fi Pulse. "He's commander of engineering - if you don't follow this guy, if you don't think of him as a leader, I'm polarized and I'm lost, I'm stuck in a black hole. But if we keep the character active and creative and open and intelligent, then I'm in good stead. And I think we do. We all have to stay on top of that, in terms of artists creating the show."

The actor says he isn't afraid to let the stuntmen take over if a physical scene is too dangerous.

"You have a lot of people looking out for you, and any time you find yourself in a scenario where you think it's dangerous, it's your responsibility to speak up and if you haven't, it's your fault," he says. "So any time I find myself in a scenario that could be deemed difficult, and I think it's unsafe for me as an actor, I'll say something. And I have no problem with that."

Wake up B&B

So even the actors and directors appear to have problems with the way TPTB are going... I've always said myself that Trip is very un-convincing, the guy is supposed to be a genius with many years of experiance yet most lines he utters are bad one-liners.

I say directors as well after Roxann Dawsons comments on Dawn - they left out a crucial part of the fight scene because they deemed it too violent.

C'mon already! The people involved in the show are saying the same things as the fans have been saying for ages, will someone slap B&B and give them some strong coffee to WAKE THEM UP.
