UPN aired the promo for ENTERPRISE's "Judgment" last night and TrekWeb is happy to bring you these photographs from the segment, courtesy of MediaTrek's Matthew Klamm. The episode guest stars J.G. Hertzler ('Martok') as a Klingon lawyer 'Kolos', defending Captain Archer against charges of interferring in Klingon affairs. The episode begins an arc concerning the Klingons that continues in the subsequent episodes "Bounty" and the finale "The Expanse."

"Judgment" airs next week on UPN, April 9th, and is directed by James L. Conway from a David A. Goodman teleplay. MediaTrek has also made available the segment in MPEG video format (zip compressed) here. The file is 3.4 MB. Doesn't look like they gave Archer the hand-held translator from "Undiscovered Country".

I always thought that was a cool thing about that courtroom scene that Kirk and McCoy had those translators they were listening to. Wonder why they didn't do that here. Did they do something else? Hopefully, that will be addressed in the episode, because I find it hard to believe that Archer can speak Klingon or that so many of the Klingons can speak English.

They have also begun to advertise DS9 DVD set on UK terrestrial TV too.

I saw one advert on Channel 4 on Sunday afternoon
