ENTERPRISE evacuates a group of Denobulan geologists from a world that has been taken over by a militant faction. Meanwhile, Phlox faces a dilemma when, an Antaran afflicted with a high amount of radiation, refuses to be treated by Dr. Plox, who is a Denobulan because of the relationships between the two races.
