STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE's sixth episode was significantly impacted by coverage of the basebally playoffs Wednesday night, according to the final ratings numbers available at
Mediaweek.
"Exile" becomes the lowest-rated ENTERPRISE episode this season, with a household reating of 2.3/4, matching "Bounty" and "The Breach" and marginally above "Horizon." This translates into roughly 2.3% of the American television households and 4% of households watching television at the time. The current low recood-holder is "Horizon" (2.2/4). Last week's "Impulse" scored a season-high 2.8/4, the best showing since February.
The decline is also reflected in the final audience count for "Exile," 3.46 million. This compares with 4.17 million just the week before and is more than one million viewers less than just two weeks ago with "Rajiin"'s 4.52 million. In the demographic category Adults 18-49, "Exile" also fell to a 1.5/4 from last week's 1.9/6 to become the lowest so far this season.
ENTERPRISE was #6 behind the WB's SMALLVILLE, which had 6.47 million viewers and a household rating of 3.9/6.
